A one-time fee, by district size. One step is always yours: registering the sign-in app in your own Microsoft or Google admin console. Only your admin can do that, so our paid setup walks them through it on a call.

For small districts (1–4 schools) participating district-wide in the Community Eligibility Provision. Eligibility is checked against public data each year, so there is no application essay and no judgment call.

Your invoice shows the full value and the discount. AI is included up to $10 a month; past that, connect your own AI account to keep going. Self-service setup, with paid Assist available.
Per-agent pricing punishes you for staffing your help desk properly. School count tracks the size of the job, and it only scales the bill: a two-school district can buy exactly what a twenty-school district can.
There isn't one we know of. We sell whole modules that each solve a separate problem. We never hold back part of a module to create an upgrade, and when two modules you own connect, the connection simply appears.
Every module, including new ones we release during your contract, plus Assist setup. At renewal it is priced at the then-current all-access price for your size.
Every module has a free trial of 90 business days with one renewal, so you can run it through a real semester before a purchase order. Pause it over a break and those weekdays don't count.
Yes, and that is the normal way: an annual invoice to your business office, Net-30, with a W-9 on file. Card works too if you prefer.
You export it, in full, whenever you want, not just on the way out.
